Doodle-Brush · Terms and conditions

Terms for using Doodle-Brush.

Doodle-Brush is a colouring book app for iPhone and iPad by HeyLabs (Vaibhav Singh), called “we” and “us” below. These terms apply when you download or use the app. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app. Effective: 5 October 2026.

Who can use it

Doodle-Brush is made for children to use together with a parent or guardian. The adult accepts these terms, is responsible for how the child uses the app, and is the one who makes any purchase.

Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Doodle-Brush on Apple devices that you own or control, for private, non-commercial use, as allowed by the App Store’s usage rules. The app is licensed to you, not sold.

Free and Premium

A set of pages and the daily page are free. The other pages need Doodle-Brush Premium. Which pages are free and which are Premium may change over time.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

Ownership

The app, its outline pages, stickers, designs and name belong to us or to those who license them to us. These terms do not give you ownership of any of it.

The artworks you and your child make are yours. You can save and share them as you like. We do not claim any rights in them, and the app does not upload them.

Privacy

What the app stores and sends is set out in the Doodle-Brush privacy policy.

No warranty

We work to keep Doodle-Brush safe and working well, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or right for a particular purpose. Artworks are stored on your device, so keep your own backup of anything you want to keep.

Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data, including lost artworks, that comes from using the app or not being able to use it. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Doodle-Brush Premium in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law of your country gives you as a consumer and that cannot be waived.

Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no duty to provide support for it. Your use of the app must also follow the App Store terms you agreed to with Apple.

Ending

You can stop using Doodle-Brush at any time by deleting it. If you break these terms, your licence to use the app ends.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without taking away any protection that the law of the place where you live gives you.

Changes

If these terms change, this page will be updated. If you keep using the app after a change, the new terms apply. Last updated: 5 October 2026.
