Terms for using Valentina.

Valentina - Your Perfect Match is an iPhone app by HeyLabs (Vaibhav Singh), called “we” and “us” below. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Licence

We give you a personal, non-commercial licence to use Valentina. It is a licence, not a transfer of ownership, and under it you may not:

• Modify or copy the app or its materials.
• Use them for any commercial purpose or public display.
• Reverse engineer any software in the app.
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices.

Disclaimer

Valentina is provided “as is”. We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Limit of liability

We and our suppliers are not liable for any damages, including loss of data or profit or business interruption, that arise from using or not being able to use Valentina, even if we have been told such damage is possible.

Privacy

The Valentina privacy policy also governs your use of the app.

Prohibited uses

You may not use Valentina:

• For any unlawful purpose, or to ask others to act unlawfully.
• To break any international, national, state or local law or regulation.
• To infringe our intellectual property or anyone else’s.
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, intimidate or discriminate.
• To submit false or misleading information.

Your content

You are responsible for the content you post, store or share through Valentina, including its legality, reliability and appropriateness.

Termination

We may suspend or end your account and access immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including a breach of these terms.

Changes

We may change or replace these terms. If a change is material, we will give at least 30 days’ notice before it takes effect. Last updated: 15 September 2024.
