QuitPath · Terms and conditions

Terms for using QuitPath.

QuitPath - Quit smoking is an iPhone app by HeyLabs (Vaibhav Singh), called “we” and “us” below. These terms apply when you download or use it. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app. Effective: 18 October 2026.

Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use QuitPath on Apple devices that you own or control, for private, non-commercial use, as allowed by the App Store’s usage rules. The app is licensed to you, not sold.

Not medical advice

QuitPath offers general information, tools and encouragement to help you stop smoking. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Health milestones and savings are estimates. Talk to a doctor or pharmacist about nicotine withdrawal, stop-smoking medicines, or if you feel unwell. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

No account

There is no sign-in. Your quit plan and logs are kept on your iPhone, and in your own iCloud if you turn on backup. If you delete the app without a backup, your data cannot be recovered, because we do not hold a copy.

Apple Health and iCloud

Apple Health and iCloud backup are optional and controlled by you in iOS Settings. How your data is handled is described in the QuitPath privacy policy.

Using the app

Please do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, except where the law allows. The quitline number shown in the app belongs to its operator; calls are between you and them.

Ownership

The app, its design, text and artwork belong to HeyLabs. Your own entries, such as journal notes, belong to you.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and reliable, but we cannot promise it will be error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page, and using the app after a change means you accept it.
