Common questions

I can't see the Lumin Chat tab.

Chat with Lumin needs an iPhone with Apple Intelligence. Turn it on in Settings > Apple Intelligence & Siri and keep your iPhone on Wi-Fi and charging while the model downloads.

Can I send Lumin a photo?

On iPhones whose model can read images, tap the photo button in the chat. The photo stays on your iPhone.

Sounds stop when I lock my iPhone.

Lumin keeps playing in the background until the sleep timer ends. Check the timer on the player, and that another app has not taken over the audio.

Will the wake-up alarm ring in silent mode?

Yes, on iOS 26 and later the alarm rings even in silent mode or a Focus. Allow Alarms for Lumin when iOS asks.

How do I add the widget?

Touch and hold the Home Screen, tap Edit > Add Widget, search for Lumin and pick a size. For the Lock Screen, touch and hold it, tap Customize > Lock Screen and add Lumin.

Apple Health shows nothing.

Open the Health app, go to Sharing > Apps > Lumin and turn on the data types.

How do I move to a new iPhone?

Sign in to the same iCloud account on the new iPhone and install Lumin. Your streaks, affirmations and mixes come back from iCloud.
