Lumin collects nothing.

Lumin: Affirmations & Sleep is a free iPhone app by HeyLabs (Vaibhav Singh). It has no account, no analytics, no ads, no third-party SDKs and no tracking. It makes no network requests of its own and works offline. Effective: 26 October 2026.

What stays on your iPhone

Your affirmations, streaks, mood check-ins, gratitude, wishes, vision board photos, sound mixes, sleep journal and settings are stored on your iPhone. We never receive them.

Chat with Lumin

On iPhones with Apple Intelligence, the chat runs on Apple's on-device model. Your messages, and any photo you choose to share in the chat, are processed on your iPhone and saved only there. They are not sent to us or to any AI company. New chat removes the conversation and its photos.

Microphone and speech

When you say an affirmation, Lumin listens to check that you said it. On supported iPhones speech recognition happens on your iPhone; on others iOS may send the audio to Apple to turn it into text, under Apple's privacy policy. If you choose to record an affirmation in your own voice, the recording stays on your iPhone.

Apple Health

If you turn it on, Lumin reads sleep, steps, active energy and mindful minutes to show them in the app, and can save mindful minutes and your mood check-ins as State of Mind. Health data is read on your device, is never stored in Lumin's backups, and is never used for advertising or shared with anyone. Change this any time in the Health app under Sharing > Apps > Lumin.

Apple Music

If you connect Apple Music, Lumin plays your playlists through Apple's music player. Lumin does not read or store your listening history.

iCloud backup

Your streaks, affirmations, mixes and settings sync through your own private iCloud account so they come back on a new iPhone. They live in your iCloud. We cannot see them.

Notifications and alarms

Reminders, the evening check-in and the wake-up alarm are scheduled on your iPhone. Nothing is sent from a server.

Lumin offers everyday comfort and wellbeing tools, not medical or mental health care. If you feel unsafe, please contact someone you trust or your local emergency number.

Children

Lumin is not directed at children, and it collects nothing from anyone.

Deleting your data

You > Delete all my data removes everything Lumin keeps on your iPhone and in its iCloud sync. Deleting the app removes the data on the device too.
