Help with First Words.

Everything a parent can change is on the grown-ups’ screen: tap Grown-ups on the home screen and answer the sum.

There is no sound

Turn the volume up with the buttons on the side of the device. The app plays even when the ring switch is on silent.

I bought the unlock and the categories are locked again

Open the grown-ups’ screen and tap Restore purchase. Use the same Apple account that bought it. The unlock is a one-time purchase and is not charged again.

My language is not in the list

The app offers the languages your device has a voice for. More voices can be downloaded in iOS Settings > Accessibility > Spoken Content > Voices.

The app says bye bye

The play time you set has run out. It opens again after a 30 minute rest, or straight away when you tap Start a new play time on the grown-ups’ screen.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple. Ask for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
