Common questions

How do I play?

Drag anywhere on the screen to move your champion. Tap a spirit on the dock to summon it, which costs Energy. When the ultimate is charged, tap it. Destroy the enemy Rift Core before your Spirit Well falls.

Where is my progress saved?

On your device only. There is no account or cloud save, so progress does not move between devices. It is included in your Apple device backup if you have that turned on, and restoring the backup restores it.

I deleted the app. Can you restore my progress?

No. We never receive a copy of your progress, so it can only come back from your own device backup.

A rewarded ad did not give me the bonus.

The bonus is given only when the ad plays to the end. Rewarded ads need an internet connection, and sometimes no ad is available. Wait a little and try again.

Can I play offline?

Yes. The whole game works without a connection. Ads, including rewarded ads, need one.

How do I change my ad privacy choices?

Use “Privacy choices” in the app’s Settings, where it is shown in your region. Tracking can be turned on or off in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

How do I start over?

Tap Reset in the app’s Settings and confirm. This wipes stars, essence, upgrades and unlocked champions, and cannot be undone.

How do I delete my data?

Tap Reset in the app’s Settings, or delete the app to remove everything it stores. We do not hold any of your game data. What Google AdMob collects is described in the privacy policy.
